Frequently Asked Questions

We do! If your property meets our criteria we’ll take care of the rest. We focus on streamlining the process to make it as convenient for you as possible.

We purchase property through a title company or attorney who will act as the escrow agent, ensuring that all contracts are signed and all money properly paid by the closing date. We typically look for an attorney convenient to our seller (you), and if you already have someone you prefer to use then let us know.  We can usually accommodate.

For very low priced properties, we will send a traveling notary with a cashier’s check and a deed for you to sign.

A typical timeframe is one week for due-diligence on our side, and two weeks for the title company to complete their title search and close.  If you need things to move faster then that, let us know and we will do what we can.

We don’t. At this time we’re just looking to work with owners of Vacant and Undeveloped Land. If you feel like your property falls somewhere in between feel free to contact us and we’ll get right back to you!

We‘re flexible in our approach and understand that every landowner‘s needs are unique. If you‘re interested in selling only a portion of your property, please let us know the specifics, and we‘ll work together to find a solution that meets your objectives.

Not at all, so long as all owners are in agreement and available to sign on the sale. We‘ve worked with numerous properties that have multiple owners. We‘ll help coordinate with all involved parties to ensure a smooth and comprehensive transaction process. All we ask is to have clear communication from all the owners or their representatives.

Absolutely. We would be delighted to review details on all your properties and provide individual or bundled offers, depending on your preference. Our team is well-equipped to handle transactions of varying sizes and complexities.
While the particulars of each property might differ, our primary goal is to bring off-market land to the forefront, creating space for new families, small businesses, and community-driven projects.

We get our land ownership data from a real estate data aggregator, who gets them from the individual county public records.

Send us an email with the reference number on the letter your received, or call or text us with the same.  We’ll put your mailing address on our “do not mail” list.
